**Job Title: Contractor Sales Representative**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Contractor Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth at the store. You will work closely with contractors to understand their needs, offer solutions, and ensure they have the products and support necessary to complete their projects successfully.

Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and tradespeople to promote our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the contractor market to expand our customer base.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations tailored to the specific needs of each contractor.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to contractors, ensuring all information is accurate and thorough.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and providing post-sale support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of contractor needs and building processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required with a focus on contractor or construction sales preferred.
