As a Sales Associate/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, promoting sales, and ensuring timely delivery of products. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with product selection and providing product knowledge.

- Plan delivery routes to optimize timing and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Load and unload products safely to/from the delivery vehicle.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment by stocking shelves and ensuring displays are neat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales or deliveries promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all delivery documentation and procedures are accurately completed and compliant.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies that contribute to the store's success.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in sales and/or delivery is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
