**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Key Holder Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Vineland Ace Hardware. As a Key Holder Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and management of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for both employees and customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as a leader and role model for the team, demonstrating professional conduct and consistency in all tasks.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed properly and securely.
- Coordinate and supervise staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
- Assist in training new employees and support ongoing professional development within the team.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, ordering supplies, and conducting regular audits.
- Handle cash management duties, ensuring all registers and monetary transactions are accurate and accounted for at the end of each shift.
- Ensure store compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of retail software systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
